Hello friends!! This is a recipe that I am excited to share, I was inspired by cleaneatguide on IG. She made hers a little different so defiantly check her out for more inspiration or for the original recipe. I love making things that can be used for meal prep, this is no exception. Im so happy to have this for breakfast all week. Because I changed the ingredients I wasn't to sure how this would turn out, happy to say it is amazing!! So lets get started!!
First Preheat Oven to 350
Ingredients:
Wet
2 cups plant based milk, I used oatmilk
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup peanut butter, I used sunflower seed butter
1 tsp vanilla
Dry
2 cups oats
1/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1/3 cup chocolate chips ++ some for the top I used chocolate chunks

Directions:
Mix wet and dry ingredients together and pour into a pan size 6x9 but I used a round cake pan. I added extra chocolates to the top, Cook for about 45 minutes or until fork comes out clean, this is not a cake or brownie so texture is a little different. Its a baked oatmeal so keep that in mind, So you dont accidentally over cook.
Eat it warm and store the leftovers in the fridge, just reheat when ready to enjoy!
You will not be disappointed with this recipe.
As always thanks for reading!!
