So this recipe or idea was inspired by betty crocker, I saw the box at the store and figured I could make them myself and I did just that. This is a really easy cookie recipe and you can use your own peanut butter cookie recipe or you can use mine :)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
chocolate of choice, I used fudge icing
mini reeses pieces
cupcake liners

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Put liners in a 12 cup baking sheet
With an electric mixer, blend together all the ingredients until combined, smooth, and thick, 2-3 minutes.
Using a cookie scoop, push dough into the cupcake liners, pushing it up the sides to form a small bowl
Bake for about 10 minutes or until the tops are lightly brown (all ovens run differently.) They will still be slightly soft if you press on them hot from the oven.
Remove from oven and let cool on the tray for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely and firm up. Then you can remove them from the liners or leave them, your choice
I put the chocolate in a bag and squeezed into each cup but you could just spoon it as well
top with mini reeses pieces and enjoy!!

These are so easy to make and if you have little ones they can easily help with this. If you are a peanut butter chocolate lover, you will love this :)
As always thanks for reading
