Easy Crock Pot Potato Soup Recipe

SO this is a recipe for the easiest Crock Pot Baked Potato Soup ever!! This is a family fave and an easy go to when its cold, Im in Florida so those days are rare but I do take advantage when it is.
Ingredients:

1 Bag of Sothern Style frozen potatoes 32 oz
1 Block of cream cheese 8 oz
1 10.5 oz can of cream of chicken
1 32 oz container of chicken broth
Shredded cheese of your choice, I use cheddar
Bacon bits and chives (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions: Put potatoes, cream of chicken, chicken broth, salt & pepper and if you are adding the bacon bits in crockpot on low for about 6 hrs or high for about 3, (I try not to stir to much through the day so it doesn't break down the potatoes to much)
About 1 hour before eating, add the block of cream cheese (I cut it into little cubes so it melts down faster)

Spoon out and add the shredded cheese, extra bacon and chives if you like :)
Generally this feeds about 7 to 8 people depending on the portion size
